FWE Western Energy Limited successfully executed the overhaul of Ariel reciprocating gas compressors across multiple Western Asset (WA) facilities for Seplat Energy Limited. These compressors play a major role in gas handling and production continuity, making reliability a critical requirement for day-to-day operations.

Our scope included providing skilled technical personnel, specialized tools, and all necessary support to safely disassemble, inspect, service, and reassemble the compressor units in line with Ariel OEM standards. Key activities covered the inspection of major components, replacement of worn parts, alignment checks, torqueing to specification, safety device testing, and support during start-up procedures.

Through this work, we restored each compressor to optimal performance, improved system reliability, and supported seamless production across the facilities. The project was completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with the client’s maintenance and operational procedures.
